Our story begins in 1974, on the gem bearing lands of Sri Lanka, historically known as Ceylon, a place long revered for producing the world’s most exquisite natural sapphires.
From the legendary region of Rathnapura, where sapphires have emerged from the earth for centuries, the Senavirathna family cultivated more than expertise. We built relationships. We built trust. And above all, we built a reputation grounded in integrity and an uncompromising respect for the rarity of nature’s finest creations.
For generations, Sri Lanka has been the source of vivid royal blues, rare Padparadscha sapphires and extraordinary fancy-coloured stones sought by collectors and connoisseurs worldwide.
